Afni is hiring Virtual Bilingual Insurance Project Coaches who are responsible for supervising and developing a team of insurance service or sales consultants. Your role will focus on driving performance, building a motivated team, and fostering individual skill development in a virtual environment. *Position is virtual. Must be Spanish bilingual.*

What you will be doing:

  • Maximize Team Potential: Work closely with your team to leverage their natural talents and maximize their performance.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 15 or more virtual insurance service or sales consultants who engage with existing and prospective customers to offer tailored solutions.
