Job Description

**Duties**:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish(verbal and written communication skills)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent service
- Proven ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Medical Experience Preferred
$4,800 yearly salary
