Role : Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Automation

Location : Guadalajara ( Onsite )

Years of Experience : 5+ Years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automation processes using PowerShell .
  • Manage and query databases using SQL for reporting and analytics.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements through automation.
  • Support in areas such as Citrix, Firewall/Networking, VMware, and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS ) when needed.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that automation solutions align with business needs.
