Role Summary
The Virtual Events Specialist is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing virtual events across global markets and multiple time zones. This includes public NPI (New Product Introduction) webinars, global webinars, live virtual events, and recorded digital sessions. Acting as the central connector between regional teams, program managers, and the production team, this role ensures seamless planning, technical readiness, and flawless execution. The specialist also manages project timelines, event materials, communication flows, and postevent performance reporting, continuously identifying improvements to deliver industryleading virtual experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Projectmanage the full lifecycle of virtual events, from initial planning through postevent debriefs.
Coordinate global webinars, NPI events, live and recorded virtual events across multiple time zones and regional teams.
