Job Description
The Role:
- Source and attract qualified candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and recruitment goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and sourcing strategies.
Ideal Profile:
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
