Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (Life Insurance)
Purpose of the Role:
The Virtual Relationship Manager (Life Insurance) will be responsible for onboarding, engaging, and servicing POSP/Advisor partners for Life Insurance products. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing partner relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between partners and internal teams for policy issuance and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential POSP/Advisor partners and onboard them for Life Insurance products.
Service and manage existing POSP/Advisor partners to drive life insurance sales growth.
Handle partner and customer queries with quick and satisfactory resolution.
Coordinate with the central operations and Life Insurance team for seamless policy issuance.
Provide virtual training and product knowledge support to partners.
Manage inbound and outbound calls to support sales closure.
