Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships via phone-based engagement.
  • Cross-sell banking and third-party financial products.
  • Generate leads and drive revenue through virtual interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Meet assigned sales and service targets.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Insurance or BFSI sector
  • Good communication skills – both verbal and written
  • No frequent job switches (minimum 1 year in the current/last job)
  • No employment gap exceeding 3 months
