Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships via phone-based engagement.
- Cross-sell banking and third-party financial products.
- Generate leads and drive revenue through virtual interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet assigned sales and service targets.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Insurance or BFSI sector
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written
- No frequent job switches (minimum 1 year in the current/last job)
- No employment gap exceeding 3 months
