Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (Life Insurance)

Purpose of the Role:

The Virtual Relationship Manager (Life Insurance) will be responsible for onboarding, engaging, and servicing POSP/Advisor partners for Life Insurance products. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing partner relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between partners and internal teams for policy issuance and post-sales support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential POSP/Advisor partners and onboard them for Life Insurance products.
  • Service and manage existing POSP/Advisor partners to drive life insurance sales growth.
  • Handle partner and customer queries with quick and satisfactory resolution.
  • Coordinate with the central operations and Life Insurance team for seamless policy issuance.
  • Provide virtual training and product knowledge support to partners.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to support sales closure.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and productivity metrics.
  • Maintain ownership of the assigned partner base and sales funnel.


Candidate Profile / Eligibility:

  • Experience in Life Insurance sales (agency/advisor/POSP).
  • Knowledge of Life Insurance products such as Term, ULIP, and Savings plans.
  • Graduation in any stream.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Target-driven mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; local language is an added advantage.
