Job Responsibilities :



  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone , email , and virtual meetings Help clients understand their insurance benefit options Answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services Support clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs Entry-Level Qualifications: No prior experience in insurance or customer service required High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome) Strong communication skills – written and verbal Comfortable working remotely with basic tech knowledge (Zoom, email, etc.) Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
