Virtual Survey Auditor

GENERAL SUMMARY

As a Virtual Survey Auditor, you will be an integral part of sales and operations function using online technology with A.I. driven results. You will skillfully review customers video surveys, correctly identify all items that need to be moved, and ensure that all rooms and items were captured in the video. You will audit A.I. generated results, build comprehensive moving plans, and detail all requirements and logistical circumstances to ultimately create a great moving experience for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Review customer surveys using online technology tool and identify all items included in shipment(s)

•Whenever required, provide over the phone live assistance to customers during survey process

•Compile a survey summary from recorded videos, photographs, and audio files

•Identify any 3rd party services needed as well as any other logistical requirements to successfully perform moving services
