About the Role:
Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as entry-level Virtual Travel Planner. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation planning, booking support, destination information, and general travel assistance. You do not need prior travel industry experience — we provide complete training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel questions through email, chat, or phone
• Provide basic travel information such as destinations, accommodations, and requirements
• Support booking modifications, cancellations, or updates
• Gather traveler preferences to help plan vacations
• Send confirmations, itineraries, and follow-up messages
• Take notes and maintain accurate records
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Learn and use the travel tools provided during training
