Role Summary:-
The Nutanix Administrator will be responsible for

end-to-end operations of Nutanix HCI platforms

across

multiple enterprise customers

managed by Cloud4C. The role focuses on

SLA-driven incident management, proactive monitoring, upgrades, optimization, and customer communication , ensuring high availability and performance of critical workloads.

Key Responsibilities

Managed Services Operations
Provide

operational support

for Nutanix environments under

defined SLAs
Handle

incident, problem, and change management

via ITSM tools
Perform

shift handovers, daily health checks, and operational reporting
Act as

escalation point

for L1 support teams

Nutanix HCI Administration
Manage

Nutanix AOS, AHV, Prism Element & Prism Central
