NTT Data Greece is looking for a Virtualization Specialist - to join our International Organisations team.

Your role:

  • Design, configure, and deploy on-premises virtualized environments based on VMware vSphere and Horizon.
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize DRS, HA, and vMotion configurations.
  • Design, configure, and deploy Windows Server virtual machines, ensuring their availability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with international technical teams on the planning and execution of infrastructure initiatives.
  • Document procedures, best practices, and technical configurations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and infrastructure automation initiatives.

    Your profile:

  • Experience 3-5 years in Systems Administration, deploying and managing enterprise-level high availability virtualized environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of VMware vSphere, Horizon, Windows Server, as well as DRS, HA, and vMotion.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server administration.
  • Previous experience working with on-site infrastructure.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
  • You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).
  • Availability to travel occasionally to Strasbourg (on client premises)

    • Nice to have:

  • Technical certifications in VMware (VCP, VCAP) or Microsoft.
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure transformation or modernization projects.
  • Additional knowledge in networking, storage, or automation (PowerShell, Ansible, etc.).

    • *This role may require flexibility, including shift-based work and on-call responsibilities, depending on operational needs.
