JOB TITLE: Virtual/Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Support the team across 3 Main Areas
  • Membership Engagement & Introductions — Supporting member relationships and facilitating introductions
  • Chapter Development — Assisting with chapter administration; Supporting training initiatives and chapter growth activities; Supporting sales-related and prospecting activities
  • Develop and lead digital marketing programs focused on social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook) and prospect outreach
  • Execute and manage client communication strategies to nurture relationships
  • Create and follow structured daily, weekly, and monthly marketing plans
