Roles & Responsibilities :
Required skills:
· Strong knowledge of business visa procedures, documentation, and eligibility criteria (for US,UK, Asian, Schengen countries)and Ability to interpret and apply regulatory updates and policy changes
· In-depth understanding of global immigration and embassy/consulate regulations
· Experience handling corporate and business travel visa cases and knowledge of compliance, risk management, and audit requirements
· Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive visa operations and strong documentation review and quality control skills
· Experience with visa tracking systems, case management tools, and automation
· Vendor coordination and payment management (VFS, embassies, agents)
· Strong focus on data confidentiality and information security
· Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to visa rejections, delays, or non-compliance
· Adherence to company policies, legal frameworks, and ethical standards
· Clear and professional written and verbal communication
· Strong customer service orientation with a corporate mindset
· Ability to handle escalations and sensitive cases diplomatically
