Job Title: VisionPLUS Developer / Senior VisionPLUS Engineer

Location: Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced VisionPLUS Developer with strong expertise in credit card processing, CMS, FAS/TRAMS modules, and deep hands-on experience across both batch and online processing on z/OS.

This role involves architecture understanding, troubleshooting, development, production incident analysis, and ensuring compliance & solution quality within the VisionPLUS ecosystem.

Qualification / Requirements

• 5–10 years of core development experience in VisionPLUS within the credit card processing domain
• Hands-on exposure to VMx / WNGSFM
• Strong working knowledge in the CMS module
• Strong technical expertise in CICS
• Deep understanding of VisionPLUS online architecture with solid troubleshooting experience
• Experience with z/OS Software Change Management tools – Endevor & Changeman
• Proven experience designing and developing medium-complexity solutions
• Good working knowledge of DevOps & Agile practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification / Experience

• Strong experience in credit card processing domain
• Hands-on experience in medium complexity design & development
• Comfortable working in Agile & DevOps frameworks
