We are seeking a visionary executive to lead our software development team and influence the technological landscape of our organization. As Head of IT Software Development , you will be responsible for managing a motivated team, contributing your technical expertise, and taking full responsibility for software development.
The ideal candidate will have several years (5-8) of experience in leading and managing software development teams in an agile environment. In-depth knowledge in Java, Oracle, and modern software architectures is required. Additionally, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for leadership, and proficiency in French (C2), German (C1) are necessary.
The role offers work from home options up to 60%, flexible hours for full-time employees with at least 25 days vacation taken per year. Professional growth opportunities include funding both financially and through time off.),
