This position is a leadership opportunity to drive the UX Research team's strategy and direction, leveraging research insights to inform product development. As a Senior Manager of UX Research, you will be responsible for identifying and conducting various research methods to understand user needs.



  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams; ability to coach individuals and measure success;
     
  • Ability to craft effective research strategies using qualitative and quantitative methods
     
  • Prioritization of work for the team; leading through changes in plans with ease;
     
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes;
