Job Description
I'm hiring a developer/team to build two apps:
1. VisionCam (camera control + offload): session-based recording, segmented files, Hold-to-Stop, offload to phone with verification, manual delete only.
2. SPOTLIGHT (recruiting platform): athlete profiles + reels feed, recruiter search/filters, role-based access (school/coach/student/recruiter), moderation, subscriptions in SPOTLIGHT only (VisionCam has no ads/subscriptions).
Prefer Flutter or React Native + Supabase/Postgres (RLS) (open to your best stack).
We'll start with a paid MVP milestone and scale from there. Long-term relationship preferred.
