Job Summary:


We are looking for a MERN-Stack Developer to join our team and spearhead development across Mobile, Web And Backend. You will have a direct impact on the customer experience through the design and implementation of new features and functionalities in our product. You'll work as part of a high-energy team that's scaling across all engineering functions. Pushing high quality code on React, NodeJS, while also balancing the pros/cons of speed/quality will be critical.




Key Responsibilities:


As part of your day-to-day work, you will: 


  • Spec, build, test, and deliver new features while improving the performance and quality of the product.
  • Review code of others and provide feedback for them to improve. 
  • Solve complex User Journey problems 
  • Optimize NodeJS/SQL code to ensure that systems remain performant at scale. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve our Consumer and Enterprise Products
  • Document development phases and monitor systems

Must Have's

:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of Javascript/NodeJS/React.
  • Comfortable with Async/Await/Promises/Callbacks? Have an understanding of Event Loop? Can you call out coding anti-patterns? Consider yourself to be a quick learner? If yes, then we don't really care about your experience.
  • An eye for design detail along with a sense of scaling a feature.
  • Experience with TDD with NodeJS
  • Understand complex problems and break them down into smaller tasks.
  • Strong sense of ownership and integrity demonstrated through clear communication and collaboration.
