1. About the Program
Ecoconnect Services Pvt. Ltd. is implementing a 45-day intensive Green Skilling Technician Program on EV Charging Infrastructure , aimed at developing job-ready technicians and engineers for India’s rapidly growing electric mobility ecosystem.
The program is designed and supported by TERI and aligned with the nationally approved GSDP.
Training delivery will leverage Ecoconnect’s Centre of Excellence (CoE) and Infrastructure Lab , enabling immersive hands-on learning across installation, commissioning, and operations of EV charging systems.
2. Role Overview
The Visiting Faculty will be responsible for delivering classroom instruction and practical training on EV Charging Infrastructure, ensuring strong industry relevance and field readiness of trainees. The role requires full-time engagement for the complete program duration.
3. Program Duration & Schedule
Total Duration: 45 working days
Availability Required From: 19th January
Program Period: 20th January to 5th March
Working Days: 7 days a week (continuous)
Daily Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
4. Target Trainee Profile
B.Tech / B.E. Engineers
ITI Pass-outs (Electrical, Electronics, allied trades)
Diploma Holders (Technician-level)
5. Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured classroom sessions on EV charging concepts, standards, and systems
Conduct hands-on practical training covering AC & DC chargers, safety, earthing, installation, commissioning, and O&M
Demonstrate real-world deployment scenarios using live infrastructure
Integrate project execution, operations, and system integration perspectives
Mentor trainees on industry practices, safety compliance, and employability
Ensure alignment with the approved Green Skills curriculum and learning outcomes
Support assessments and practical evaluations
6. Preferred Background & Experience
Strong preference for professionals with experience in:
Project Management (EV / electrical / infrastructure projects)
Operations & Maintenance Management
System Integration (chargers, power systems, utilities, software interfaces)
Solution Design (end-to-end EV charging infrastructure planning)
7. Eligibility Criteria
Degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Power / Mechanical Engineering or related fields
5+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
Prior training or mentoring experience is an advantage
Strong hands-on, field-oriented exposure
Full-time availability for the complete program duration
