Job Title: Visiting Faculty (Adhoc Engagement) – Management Disciplines

Engagement Type: Adhoc / Visiting Basis

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive sessions, lectures, and case discussions as per course curriculum.
- Share practical industry insights, tools, and frameworks relevant to management education.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and assignments.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to design and update course content.
- Mentor and guide students for projects and career readiness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: MBA / Postgraduate in relevant specialization. Ph D preferred (not mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience. Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
Engagement Details:
- Engagement on a visiting / sessional basis.
- Honorarium will be paid per session or as mutually agreed.
- Flexible session timings as per academic schedule of partner colleges.
