Visual Communication Designer

Studio Paperheads is looking for a  Visual Communication Designer  to join our growing team of curious minds and sharp creatives.
This role is focused on creating impactful  digital content and campaigns , where you’ll transform strategic ideas into engaging visual stories across platforms. You’ll work on everything from motion graphics and illustrations to content ideation and design execution for ongoing brand communication.
Responsibilities
Design and execute visual communication across  digital campaigns, social media, and other brand touchpoints.
Take complete ownership of one or more brands, including  content planning, creative direction, and execution.
Create  motion graphics, animations, and illustrations  that bring ideas to life across digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with senior designers and strategists to maintain creative consistency across touchpoints.
Contribute fresh ideas and creative approaches during brainstorming and reviews.
