What we are looking for:

● 5-8 years of experience in graphic design with work across digital and traditional channels

● Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and comfort with AI-powered

design/imaging tools.

● Ability to balance speed with quality, adapting designs quickly while maintaining craft.

● Strong foundation in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and storytelling through design.

● Clear communicator with strong presentation skills — able to explain creative decisions

while delivering files.

● Consumer-first mindset: ability to empathize with the end-user and design for clarity,

resonance, and impact.

● Comfortable working in both Hindi and English to create culturally relevant communication.
