We design high-impact GTM narratives, enterprise marketing assets, and AI-led enablement experiences that sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution .

We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can translate complex ideas into clean, credible, enterprise-ready design - and who understands that great design is not decoration, it’s communication.

Role Overview

As a Visual Designer at HSV Digital, you will own the visual language across client deliverables. You’ll work closely with strategy, content, and leadership teams to bring GTM stories to life across presentations, marketing assets, and digital experiences.

This is not a production-only role. You’ll be expected to think, structure, and elevate .

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & GTM Design

  • Design enterprise-grade presentations (strategy decks, proposals, sales narratives, executive briefings)
  • Create one-pagers, flyers, infographics, playbooks, and solution assets
  • Translate complex concepts (AI, cloud, security, GTM frameworks) into clear visual stories
  • Maintain consistency across multi-asset campaigns and engagement phases

2. Brand & Visual Systems

  •  Help evolve and maintain HSV Digital’s brand system (colors, typography, layouts, iconography)
  •  Create reusable design frameworks and templates (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma)
  •  Ensure all assets feel premium, modern, and credible at an executive level

3. Digital & Marketing Assets

  • Design assets for:
  • Websites / landing pages (in collaboration with Webflow or dev teams)
  • Email campaigns and social visuals
  • Event and webinar collateral
  •  Support thought leadership content (eBooks, reports, POVs)

4. Collaboration & Quality Control

  •  Review partner-created assets where required
  •  Balance speed with craft - knowing when “good enough” isn’t enough

Must-Have Skills

  •  2-3+ years of experience as a Visual / Graphic / Brand Designer
  •  Strong command of:
  •  Figma
  •  PowerPoint (enterprise-level proficiency is critical)
  •  Proven experience designing B2B, enterprise, or consulting-style assets
  •  Strong sense of layout, hierarchy, typography, and storytelling
  •  Ability to take rough inputs and turn them into polished outputs independently
