Every GTM asset is visually consistent, brand-aligned, and conversion-optimized. The two measurable goals of the Visual Design Lead are:
- Reduce design turnaround time by 30–50% through internal asset library & templates.
- Increase asset-led conversion across campaigns, sales decks, and product touch-points (target uplift: +10–15%) in terms of clicks.
Help all the marketing functions with design efforts.
Be the custodian of all design language.
Operationally, the Visual Design will work closely with PMM, Sales Enablement, Demand Gen, Product, Events, Partners and everything content. This person will own:
- Design asset creation
- Brand guardrails
- Design guidelines
- Shared design request process
- Video and static content
