Job Description
- Design the aesthetics to be implemented as per brand guidelines
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work fast without sacrificing quality, and meet tight deadlines
- Build scalable templates, assets, and brand solutions
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies
- Design visual assets for campaigns, festive promotions, and influencer collaborations
- Create packaging layouts, product labels, and print collaterals aligned with brand guidelines
- Adapt creatives for multiple formats- static, motion, and video (if basic motion skills available)
- Familiarity with motion design or animation tools (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
