Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Senior Visual Designer & Motion Graphics to design and produce high quality visual and video content that supports our digital marketing and product initiatives. This role blends graphic design, motion/animation, video production , and UI design , helping us deliver impactful campaigns across email, landing pages, social media, web interfaces, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate pairs a strong design eye with technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern UI tools, turning concepts into sleek, on-brand visuals that perform.


Key Responsibilities:


Design & Digital Marketing

  • Create illustrations, vector graphics, infographics, and marketing assets for NAV’s digital campaigns.
  • Design HTML/CSS-based email templates and conversion-optimized landing pages .
  • Develop social media creatives, digital banners, and presentation visuals aligned with NAV’s brand guidelines.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and ensure accessibility and responsiveness.

Animation & Motion

  • Produce high – quality 2D/3D animations for digital campaigns, social media, product demos, and presentations.
  • Build motion graphics, brand animation systems animation overlays to elevate storytelling and engagement.
  • Stay current with motion design techniques, best practices, and platform specific formats.

Video Production

  • Support remote production workflows for podcasts, interviews, and virtual events.
  • Assist with storyboarding, shot planning and content scripting.
  • Execute basic shoots , include multi camera setups for interviews and events.
  • Perform video editing and audio mixing; add motion graphics/overlays to deliver professional-quality output.
  • Optimize and format video content for social media, website, and email campaigns.

UI/UX & Digital Interfaces

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing UI Layouts and components for web and digital interfaces.
  • Apply best practices for responsive design , visual hierarchy, typography and color theory.
  • Create prototype and design systems in Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD in collaboration with product /engineering teams.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative leadership to conceptualize and execute design solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate status/risks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of creative workflows, templates, and brand assets.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ Years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, multimedia, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects , Premiere Pro.
  • Proficiency in Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD for UI/UX design.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory .
  • Experience with UI components , responsive design, and digital interfaces.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for emails and landing pages.
  • Basic to intermediate video editing and audio mixing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and performance-driven creative strategies.
  • Excellent communication , collaboration, and time-management skills.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating animation, video production, and digital/visual design.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling or rendering (Blender or Cinema 4D).
  • Experience with storyboarding and brand animation systems .
  • Familiarity with social media advertising formats and creative optimization.
  • Exposure to financial services or B2B marketing .
  • Experience with multi-camera workflows and advanced motion graphics.
