Job Title: Zone Visual Merchandiser Head

Reports To: Zonal Head

• Role and Responsibilities
• Manage zone budgets, ensure timely expense closure, and review financials monthly.
• Lead initiatives to enhance business through displays, trend zones, and windows.
• Ensure high-quality, timely displays with ratings above 4, and drive regional initiatives monthly.
• Roll out four model store plans monthly, publish monthly reports and ratings, and oversee timely new store openings.
• Conduct monthly training sessions for Area Controllers and AVMs and prepare UVMs for professional growth.
• Regularly review VM operations, activity, and campaign ratings, and ensure vendor performance aligns with standards.
• Foster consistency in product presentations across zones, maintaining quality and adherence to MDM standards.
• Select and develop three new vendors each quarter, focusing on quality, innovation, price, and delivery.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Technology / Design
• Graduate in Fine Arts/NIFT/ PEARL/ NID preferred
