Visual Merchandiser – Rockingham

As a Visual Merchandiser at City Beach, you are accountable for upholding City Beach visual merchandising standards in our retail stores. You will help to create an appealing and shoppable environment for our customers by maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising formats, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing

  • Install and maintain visual merchandising standards, including windows, in‑store concepts, layouts, fixtures, and product displays, ensuring consistency and visual excellence.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, installations, and large store moves within set timeframes and to company standards.
  • Ensure the store is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Communicate and educate the store team on visual merchandising strategy to ensure consistent execution.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and implement strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Support the sales floor as needed, providing superior customer service.
  • Complete merchandising operations in line with store expectations.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and positive work environment, ensuring WHS are met.
  • Lead retail projects and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

    • What we are looking for

    • Previous experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising required.
    • Experience in a fast‑paced,ल्य high‑volume environment is preferred.
    • Working knowledge and understanding of visual merchandising trends.
    • Strong problem‑solving, time management, and adaptability skills.
    • A love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
