Job Description

• Store Layout Design: Plan and implement creative visual displays and layouts to enhance customer experience and promote products effectively.
• Merchandising Standards: Ensure all displays align with brand guidelines, seasonal themes, and promotional campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data to assess the impact of merchandising strategies and make adjustments to optimize sales.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field; previous experience in retail or design is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software, excellent creativity, and strong attention to detail with knowledge of current market trends.
• Personal Attributes: Highly organized, innovative, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
