Area Visual Merchandiser

  • Ensure all stores follow VM guidelines and brand standards through regular audits
  • Identify gaps, guide store teams, and share audit reports for quick corrections
  • Execute GTM launches, brand campaigns , and in-store activations on time
  • Coordinate with brand teams and vendors and ensure good quality VM materials
  • Maintain and track VM assets , ensuring proper upkeep and replacements
  • Train store staff on VM standards, planograms, and seasonal guidelines
  • Ensure correct and timely planogram implementation across stores
  • Execute seasonal and festive VM displays (Diwali, Navratri, Durga Puja, etc.)
  • Travel regularly for store visits, audits, training, and campaign checks
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Procurement teams


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of VM experience
  • Strong VM knowledge, good communication, and training skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to travel


Budget- upto 6-6.5 LPA
