Visual Merchandiser - Retail Store

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Visual Retail Designer to lead the design, development, and rollout of in-store POP, POS solutions, store façade designs, and Visual Merchandising systems across our retail network. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role. You will define and continuously improve how our flagship products are displayed in-store—from mattresses and beds to recliners, sofas, chairs, desks, and accessories such as pillows—ensuring strong storytelling, clarity of benefits, and brand consistency. The role requires strong retail design sensibility, material and fabrication knowledge, and the ability to translate brand and product narratives into scalable physical experiences that evolve with the brand’s journey.
