Visual Merchandiser

Job purpose:

To drive sales, brand image and customer engagement through effective visual merchandising execution across stores ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and seasonal strategies.

Key Responsibilities,

Visual Merchandising Execution,

1. Implement VM guidelines, planograms and seasonal themes across stores
2. Ensure effective window displays, mannequin styling, focal points and in-store signage.
3. Maintain visual standards for apparel display, folding, sizing and color blocking
4. Execute new launches, promotions and festive themes on time

Store & Team coordination

1. Train and guide store teams on VM standards and upkeep.
2. Coordinate with store managers to ensure daily VM maintenance
3. Conduct regular store visiits, audits and feedback sessions.
