Visual Merchandising Executive

Sports Direct Malaysia is looking for a Visual Merchandising Executive to join our growing team.

Sports Direct Malaysia operates 40 retail stores and an e‑commerce site, offering a wide range of leading sports brands across Asia.

Visual Merchandising Execution

• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal directives across all assigned stores
• Execute window displays, in‑store focal points, mannequins, and product storytelling
• Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands and store formats
• Maintain high VM standards through regular store visits and audits

Store Support & Coordination

• Work closely with store teams to ensure proper execution of VM guidelines
• Train store staff on basic visual merchandising standards and upkeep
• Support store openings, renovations, and special projects
• Assist stores with VM challenges and space optimisation
