Visual Merchandising Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Visual Merchandising Intern to help elevate the retail experience across our Cult stores in Pune.
This role involves frequent travel between our various store locations across Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Aesthetics: Execute floor layouts and window displays according to brand guidelines.
- Merchandise Presentation: Manage mannequin styling, wall displays, and focal points, specifically for athleisure and footwear.
- Inventory Flow: Ensure new launches (Activewear, Sports Shoes, Accessories) are highlighted effectively on the floor.
- Audit & Maintenance: Visit different Cult store locations in Pune to ensure consistency in VM standards and fix any display lapses.
- Design Support: Assist in creating localized signage or promotional mock-ups using design software.
