Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to lead and elevate the visual identity of a luxury home décor brand . This role will be responsible for creating immersive, high-end visual experiences across stores and studios, ensuring brand consistency, storytelling, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall visual merchandising strategy aligned with luxury brand standards
• Translate brand vision, collections, and design concepts into compelling in-store experiences
• Lead store layouts, zoning, window displays, and seasonal VM campaigns
• Collaborate with buying, design, marketing, and retail teams for cohesive storytelling
• Manage VM budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination
• Drive VM guidelines, manuals, and training for store teams
• Oversee VM execution for new store launches and refurbishments
• Analyze store performance and customer behavior to optimize visual impact

Candidate Profile

• 10–15+ years of experience in visual merchandising for luxury home décor / furniture / lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, materials, and spatial storytelling
• Experience with high-end residential or experiential retail environments
• Proven leadership in managing VM teams and agencies
• Excellent creative, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
