Visual Merchandising Manager

Sports Direct Malaysia is part of Frasers Group, a leading UK-based retail group. Sports Direct Malaysia is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to join the growing team.

The company operates 40 retail stores and an e‑commerce site, employs over 1000 staff and aims to expand rapidly across Asia. This role will enhance the customer experience across all stores.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and execute visual merchandising strategy to improve brand presence and store performance.
• Lead projects and supervise intermediate and junior visual merchandising staff.
• Work closely with the retail team on guidelines execution for product merchandising, window displays, shop‑in‑shop merchandising and promotion events.
• Ensure stores maximise turnover, profit and sell‑through by using retail space commercially through visual merchandising and space management.
