We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Visual Merchandising Specialist to support the daily execution of in-store visual merchandising operations. This role is essential in delivering consistent, high-quality brand presentation across all stores in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day visual merchandising setups, including product displays, window setups, and in-store visual refreshes.
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns with proper display implementation.
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure all visual elements are aligned with VM guidelines and timelines.
• Conduct regular store visits and visual audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Assist in preparing visual materials and VM kits for stores.
• Report displays status and feedback from stores to the VM Supervisor for review and adjustments.
