Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Visual Merchandising Team Lead. The role involves leading the visual merchandising efforts across stores, ensuring cohesive and attractive product displays, implementing brand guidelines, and collaborating with the retail team to drive sales. Additional responsibilities include training team members, creating display strategies, and analyzing customer preferences to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Experience in Retail Sales and Customer Experience to assist in elevating store performance and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales to create effective strategies that align with business goals
- Capability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring implementation of best practices in visual merchandising
- Attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in retail or visual merchandising is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus
