VLSI Delivery Manager

Exp-12+ years

Lead a dynamic team in delivering complex VLSI projects, focusing on RTL/FPGA/ASIC Design, Design Verification Physical Design and DFT in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:

- Managing a large team of VLSI engineers (100+) for successful project delivery.

- Developing and tracking project plans to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.

- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.

- Providing technical guidance leveraging extensive VLSI expertise.

- Balancing resources for optimal productivity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering.

- 12+ years of VLSI/Semiconductor experience with a focus on RTL design and DV.

- Good knowledge of Physical Design and DFT is required.

- Multiple SoC tape out experience is must

- Proficiency in project tracking tools and methodologies.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Track record of successful customer interactions and project delivery.

- Experience in resource planning and allocation.
