Location : Pan India (Nearest TCS officer as per candidates preference)

Experience : 5+ years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

1. Understanding of VLSI design life-cycle and semiconductor engineering value chain.

2. Proven ability to hire for niche roles and scale teams quickly.

3. Familiarity with EDA tools and flows (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor).

4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

5. Good negotiation skills.

Role description / Expectations from the Role

1 Partner with business units to understand hiring needs for VLSI roles

2 Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, internal databases, and industry networks.

3 Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiation.

4 Build and maintain a talent pipeline for niche VLSI skills
