Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze technical hiring requirements for roles in ASIC/FPGA design, RTL, verification, physical design, and other VLSI domains.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit through resume evaluation and initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand evolving job requirements and industry trends.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Track metrics and provide reports on recruiting activity and performance.
  • Stay current with VLSI industry developments and talent movement.
