Job Description

- A VMC operator uses a Vertical Machining Center (VMC) to cut, shape, and form metal parts.- Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications- Load and unload materials onto the machines- Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines- Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Adhere to safety and quality standards- Set up and operate VMC machines according to established procedures and production schedules, including loading raw materials and tooling.- using hand tools in the manufacturing process.- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints / Drawing Reading.- Proficiency in operating VMC machinesCONTACT NUMBER :-
