VMC MACHINE OPERATORS

- A VMC operator uses a Vertical Machining Center (VMC) to cut, shape, and form metal parts

. - Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications

 - Load and unload materials onto the machines

 - Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary 

- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines 

- Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently 

- Maintain a clean and organized work area 

- Adhere to safety and quality standards 

- Set up and operate VMC machines according to established procedures and production schedules, including loading raw materials and tooling. 

- using hand tools in the manufacturing process. - Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints / Drawing Reading. - Proficiency in operating VMC machine.
