VMS / MSP - Associate Account Manager - Noida

About the Role:

The MSP Associate Account Manager will support client relations and engagement within the MSP environment across both Engineering and Non-IT staffing portfolios. This role requires someone sharp, proactive, and self-driven with excellent communication, relationship management, and coordination skills. You will partner closely with recruiters, clients, and MSP program teams to ensure timely fulfillment, high submission quality, and seamless client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

·  Act as the primary liaison between clients, MSP partners, and internal recruiting teams.

·  Manage day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, ensuring timely submissions, interviews, and placements.

·  Support the delivery of both Engineering and Non-IT staffing. 

·  Maintain strong understanding of client scorecards, KPIs, and performance expectations.
