JOB TITLE: Technical Support Engineer (Onsite)

QUALIFICATION: BE/BTech/Bsc/Diploma

EXPERIENCE: 6 - 8 Years

CERTIFICATIONS: VMWare HPE Microsoft Certified

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):

  • Good Experience on VMWare and fixing related issues.
  • Technical Support and troubleshooting support for Windows Operating system.
  • Knowledge of Email Account Creation/ Outlook/Exchange.
  • Maintain and acquire Certifications as per Business Requirements.
  • Have Excellent cross-department communication and relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinating with SMEs/vendors for certain Support cases and implementation-related tasks.
  • Willing to work on-field at customer premises for undertaking Customer initiated Projects and support functions based on the requirement.
  • Ability to inspire confidence in Customer.
