VNOC - VC CS Analyst

Contract To Hire(C2H) Role

1. Assists team members investigate and resolve incidents by escalating and/or collaborating with national and global teams. Problems are limited in scope.

2. Responsible for C-Suite support for collaborative experiences, therefore this position will be privy sensitive content, strict adherence the Privacy and Confidentiality Policies are must.

3. Manages requests ensure that the appropriate resources are allocated support collaborative experiences.

4. Responsible for proactively communicating problems tall levels.

5. Responsible for contributing and developing documents on training and processes.

6. Team member must be able work independently with external clients.

7. Schedule and test site profiles test Video Conference equipment with external client networks and software for compatibility with Deloittes VNOC.
