  • Plan and deliver vocational training sessions (theory and practical) as per approved curriculum

  • Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment documentation

  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and career support to trainees

  • Ensure training delivery meets quality, safety, and compliance standards

  • Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning abilities

  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices

  • Coordinate with placement teams or industry partners when required
