A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a cheeky and funny 18 year old male living in the Penarth area with my family. I am an outgoing and friendly person. I am very empathetic towards people and like to understand others’ feelings. I attend school full time and I really enjoy school and I am doing very well.

I would like a PA to join in with my hobbies which could be watching a film in the cinema or sometimes even just staying at home and playing video games with me. I have an ongoing foot injury that I am receiving treatment for and the possibility of surgery as I am relearning how to walk again.

I’ve had a hemispherectomy (half my brain removed) due to Rasmussen Syndrome, a rare neurological condition that affected one side of my brain. As a result, I have left-sided weakness and a visual field loss on that side too. I use a crutch to help with balance, and for longer distances I use a wheelchair.
